Multiple tests are conducted at the raw-material stage to confirm safety.

For hazard information, please refer to SDS Section 11 (Toxicological Information).
“VB1000” has been verified for safety through a range of rigorous tests. Designed with “low irritation” as a core principle, it is supported by extensive safety data, including a primary skin irritation test, an acute oral toxicity test, and an eye irritation test, among others.
- Acute oral toxicity test
- LD50>20mL/kg(=20,020mg/kg)
- Aquatic toxicity (short-term/acute)
- LC50>100,000mg/L
- Eye irritation test
- Non-irritating
For detailed safety data, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

Whether it falls under laws requiring SDS provision for chemicals
- Not applicable: Industrial Safety and Health Act (not a notifiable substance)
- Not applicable: Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act
- Not applicable: PRTR law
Primary domestic laws applicable: No major applicable regulations

Due to its high safety profile, VB1000 is “not applicable” to the following major laws/regulations.
- PFAS comprehensive regulations
- Because it does not use PFAS, it avoids recall/audit risks related to EU REACH and U.S. TSCA reporting obligations.
- VOC regulations
- With no VOCs used, it achieves zero burden on the working environment and fully supports VOC regulations.
- Industrial Safety and Health Act (notifiable substances / risk assessment)
- With zero chemicals, no risk assessment obligation applies, reducing management burden.
- Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act
- It is not designated as a poisonous or deleterious substance.
- PRTR Act (Act on Confirmation, etc. of Release Amounts of Specific Chemical Substances)
- It contains no substances subject to the PRTR system.
- Fire Service Act
- Non-flammable and not classified as hazardous materials, so there are no restrictions on storage/handling.
- Ordinance on Prevention of Organic Solvent Poisoning
- Not applicable because it contains no organic solvents.
- Ordinance on Prevention of Hazards Due to Specified Chemical Substances
- It does not fall under specified chemical substances.
- Air/Maritime transport laws
- Not classified as dangerous goods, so there are no strict transport restrictions.
This non-applicability simplifies corporate compliance and risk management and provides clear benefits for adopting companies.
